Speaker 1. Mr. Kundan Lal, Asst. Director, MSME Development Institute, Ludhiana, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India

 Mr.KundanLal is Assistant Director, working with MSME Development Institute, Ludhiana under Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India. He has over 33 years of experience, working with the Ministry of MSME. He was earlier posted at Kanpur, UP and Tezpur, Assam.

 

Speaker 2 : Dr. Shweta Sen Thalwal, Founder, Integrum IP, Mohali

 Dr.Shweta is an Indian Patent agent with elaborate experience in patent and trademark filing system, strategies and patent laws. Possesses a Doctorate degree in Biotechnology and post graduate diploma in Intellectual Property Laws. Currently she is working as Head IPR with Integrum IP, Mohali.

 

Speaker 3:  Sh. CS. Rattan Chanjotra, FCS, Managing Partner, Lal Ghai & Associates

 Sh CS. Chanjotra, is a Graduate from Ministry of Defence (Indian Navy), Government of India. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is Registered Trademark Attorney and founder Partner of M/s Lal Ghai& Associates (Ludhiana).He is the first trademark attorney from Punjab to be registered as Trademark Facilitator for Start-up under Start-Up Intellectual Property Protection Scheme (SIPPS) in the year 2017.

Speaker 4 : Dr.Jagdeep Kumar Sharma, Director - Research, Industry Interface & Innovation, CT University, Ludhiana

Dr.Jagdeep Singh Sharma , Director -Research , Industry Interface & Innovation , CT University ,Ludhiana . He is Convener-IPFC Steering Committee and Co-Chairman Education Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries , Punjab . He is Majorly responsible for startups and e-cell activities.
